With 14 years behind the chair, she loves using her knowledge to curate results that are specific to each of her loyal guests. She has a passion for dimensional coloring services and evolving with the trends in our growing industry. Whether or not you are in her chair, expect her to treat you like family!
ANGELA SLEIGHTER
Angela is one of our independent stylist here at Good Co. She has been in the industry since 2007 graduating from Paul Mitchell. She has certified training in Redken, Matrix, Sunlights Balayage, and Aqua Extensions. In addition to those certifications, she is highly educated in color, blonding services and cutting techniques. She is an energetic, motivated, and passionate stylist. Making her guest feel confident and find joy with their hair choices is her drive for being in the industry. When she is not behind the chair, she is enjoying being a wife and momma of two! She is an open book.. any questions feel free to ask!
ALYSSA NICOLE
Alyssa specializes in blondes, balayage, and platinum hair… but definitely doesn’t limit herself to blondes. Every hair color is welcome! She has 11 years of experience and has a passion and drive to continue to learn new techniques and the latest trends. If you’re in her chair, you’ll find yourself laughing, as she tries to make everyday fun! Her favorite part of her job is connecting with my clients on a personal level. She can’t wait to see you in her chair!
CARA ENGLAND
Cara has 16 years of experience behind the chair and is our go-to stylist for our naturally-curly/textured guests here at Good Co.! Cara is certified in the famous Deva Cut and is constantly furthering her education in the latest cutting and coloring techniques. She is a sweet soul who always keeps it real and her guests are drawn to her positive energy! When she’s not downtown doing hair, she is most likely outdoors either camping or at a concert with her pups!
ERICA EVANS
Born and raised right here in Cuyahoga Falls, Erica couldn’t belong in a better place than at a salon called Good Company! Her warm and welcoming personality, mixed with her passion for hair makes her one of the most successful stylists in town! Her knowledge of formulations really shines on our Instagram feed where she specializes in gorgeous lived-in looks. When she is not working her magic at the salon, she spends her time with her two beautiful girls and her sweet-as-pie husband, Jon!
KELLY VALLE
Kelly entered the industry in 2009 and never looked back. Combining education and creativity she strives to give each client a one of a kind, polished look. She often gets carried away packing a head with 1 million foils and chatting about true crime shows! From blondes, rich dimensional colors, and everything in between her love for her work never ends.
HEATHER KIDD
Heather is a graduate of Paul Mitchell the School and has a natural ability to give each client a style that couldn’t suit them better! Her taste for classic looks is anything but cliche since her speciality is giving her guests a modern twist. From lived-in and low maintenance, to high-end up keep, she here to help find a style that fits you and your lifestyle ! With two toddler boys at home, she thoroughly enjoys diving into the glamorous side of life every day and we couldn’t be luckier to have her on our team!
SHANNON SCHEATZLE
Good Co.’s OG, Shannon has 15+ years in the business! She genuinely cares and treats all of her guests like family! Her specialty is foiling and balayage, so if you’re looking for a lived-in look, Shannon is your girl! Her talents are not limited behind the chair, but you can catch her on stage singing with the country band Whiskey Loco! Between juggling motherhood, being a rockstar, and giving her guests everything they want and more..we don’t know how she does it all !
NATALIE MARIGNONI
Natalie is a professional Makeup Artist and has worked in the beauty industry for over 10 years. She has been “playing” with makeup ever since she was a little girl so getting to do this as a career was truly a dream come true. Natalie specializes in Bride and Bridal Party makeup as well as special events, photoshoots, TV & Film, and so much more. She offers traditional makeup options as well as airbrush. Outside of Makeup, she enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time with her family. Her two other favorite titles she holds are Wife, to her husband Matt, and Mom to her 3 year old son Mason and baby girl Madison.
Natalie’s favorite part of her job is helping women feel more beautiful and confident for their special day or event. She hopes to work with you soon!
ANNA GRAY
Anna has been in the industry since 2010. She is a certified L'anza colorist and is also certified in Aqua Hair Extensions. Her passions are balayage techniques, dimensional coloring, and all-things long hair. When Anna is not with her 2 daughters and husband, she loves being behind the chair connecting with her clients, chatting and making them feel beautiful!
EMMA GABELE
Emma has grown up in the hair industry her entire life and was inspired by her Mom and Grandma to become a hairstylist. In the salon, she specializes in blonding services and dimensional coloring. She loves making her clients feel confident and beautiful after doing their hair! When Emma is not in the salon, she enjoys working out, going to coffee shops and spending time with the people she loves. Emma loves to do anything spontaneous and is always up for an adventure. MICHELLE GABELE
Michelle was born to be a stylist, with 30 successful years behind the chair, she has always found joy in serving others and making you feel beautiful and also heard! She specializes in Redken color services, bridal hair, and will be certified in K-Tip & weft extensions in 2023! When she is not busy making everyones day, she loves all things outdoors, gardening, and spending time with husband and family! She currently shares her chair with her prodigy of a daughter, Emma, who you can find right here at Good Co.
